Hotel Poma Rosa - Medellin

The place was clean with private parking and an extremely comfy bed. Very very helpful staff, warm double room. Lots of supplies in the room: a fridge, an electronic key card, and a TV.

Everything was modern, liked our UNFORGETTABLE stay. The hotel's location was secure, close to Laureles which is a great neighborhood to explore, perfectly safe, also at night, nice bars and restaurants, and restaurants. It also was away from the tourist strip.

The location was quite convenient, allowing easy

Access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room I was initially given had issues with mold and a lack of windows, disappointing. After raising my concerns, they promptly moved me to a better room.

Everyone who works in the hotel is incredibly nice and excellent. The units are new-fashioned, spotless with stronger WiFi and aircon, as example...

For a budget stay, you get what you pay for. The quiet location is a bonus, with easy access to local restaurants. My room was simple but comfortable, equipped with a hot shower. The staff were friendly. If you're seeking something basic, this place fits the bill.

The location was excellent, in a quiet area yet close to everything. The staff were helpful, always available to assist when I needed something.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, it was tolerable for the experience I received.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The air-conditioned Economy Double Room provided comfortable sleeping, and I appreciated the hot showers after a long day exploring. The staff, though they struggled with English, were helpful was good. It would be great if they could improve their language skills to assist more international travelers.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room and enjoyed the refreshing pool, which was perfect for relaxing after my day out. The spa facilities offered a great hot tub and soothing massage options right on-site. The only little hiccup was the humidity in the room, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay. 😊

The Economy Double Room was comfy with nice beds, and the air conditioning made it easy to sleep well. Showers were hot, great, and I loved the location near restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helped out whenever I needed. A pretty chill stay!

I found the staff to be friendly and always willing to assist. I appreciated the space in the guestroom with a TV and a fan. The breakfast served was freshly cooked and sufficient for my needs. I was kinda surprised to see the options available for breakfast each morning. It felt good to start the day with a nice meal.

I had an issue when I returned in the evening and my room had not been cleaned. I was informed that I needed to authorize this, shown in very small print that I could not read. This detracted from my experience due to the lack of attention to detail.

The location here is wonderful, close to Colombia, and the rooms are cozy and modern.
