Everything was modern, liked our UNFORGETTABLE stay. The hotel's location was secure, close to Laureles which is a great neighborhood to explore, perfectly safe, also at night, nice bars and restaurants, and restaurants. It also was away from the tourist strip.

Simply no complaints whatsoever, very nice stay. Wonderful and excellent venue, favourable location near Laureles which is a great neighborhood to explore, perfectly safe, also at night and all the nightlife is. A great selection of satisfactory breakfast options. Helpful and amicable stuff, brand-new room with stronger wifi. Early check in and in general nice service.

The location was quite convenient, allowing easy
Access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room I was initially given had issues with mold and a lack of windows, disappointing. After raising my concerns, they promptly moved me to a better room.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room and enjoyed the refreshing pool, which was perfect for relaxing after my day out. The spa facilities offered a great hot tub and soothing massage options right on-site. The only little hiccup was the humidity in the room, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay. 😊

I found the staff to be friendly and always willing to assist. I appreciated the space in the guestroom with a TV and a fan. The breakfast served was freshly cooked and sufficient for my needs. I was kinda surprised to see the options available for breakfast each morning. It felt good to start the day with a nice meal.
I had an issue when I returned in the evening and my room had not been cleaned. I was informed that I needed to authorize this, shown in very small print that I could not read. This detracted from my experience due to the lack of attention to detail.
